1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the LoveLofi browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LoveLofi is a browser extension that provides lo-fi radio streaming and real-time audio effects processing, plus ambient and focus tools. The Service is available in a free tier and a premium tier.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
The free tier includes the radio library, built-in effects and presets, ambient sounds, and focus tools. Premium features such as tab audio capture, upload/export workflows, and custom preset saves are unlocked through a paid subscription (monthly, annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase via Polar.sh.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Polar.sh. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Polar.sh dashboard. Refund requests are handled according to Polar.sh's refund policy.
5. License Key
Your premium license key is personal and non-transferable. You may use it on your own supported installs and browser profiles. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.
6. Audio Content
LoveLofi provides access to third-party radio streams. We do not own or control the content of these streams. The tab audio capture feature processes audio from websites you visit — you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those services' terms.
7. Product Analytics
LoveLofi does not collect any usage analytics or track user activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
LoveLofi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to interruptions in radio streams, audio processing issues, or compatibility problems.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
